Prints-only are rolled and packed into a strong tube. Matt & Backed prints are packed in a suitable box, depending on print size

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand). We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of courier may vary based on your location and package size.
International Shipping
Shipping times and costs vary by destination and method
Customs fees & import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after receipt of your order. Any delays will be notified by email.

Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide photos of the damaged print & packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost
